Yoga Classes
Blended Yoga
Students are given a mix of strength challenges combined with flexibility
poses. This is a great class for those just beginning or advanced students
as the instructor gives levels to meet each participant's needs. This class
ends with a nice relaxation segment.
Fit Yoga
This class is designed to take your Yoga to the next level. Light weights combined with challenging Yoga poses leaves each participant feeling strong and proud of their accomplishments.
